House Rules
Dear Guest, we are delighted that you are staying with us. HillGate is a small, quiet place where guests and owners are also relaxing in the neighbouring apartments. The rules below are intended to ensure everyone's peace and safety. These House Rules form part of the General Terms and Conditions.
1. Arrival and departure
- Check-in: from 15:00 · Check-out: by 10:00. Please arrange any early check-in or late check-out with us in advance.
- On check-in, the law requires the identity document of every guest to be recorded (VIZA – guest register system).
- Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay in the apartment. Visitors may be received by prior arrangement until 22:00.
- On departure, please close the windows, switch off the lights and the air conditioning, and return the key or access device as instructed.
2. Peace and quiet
- Quiet hours: between 22:00 and 8:00. During this time, please keep conversation quiet on the terrace and in the common areas as well.
- Amplified music, parties and events are permitted only with our prior written consent.
3. Smoking, fire safety
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the apartments and in enclosed common areas. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.
- If smoking takes place in the apartment, a charge of HUF [amount] will be made for special cleaning and odour removal.
- Open flames (candles, tea lights), fireworks and the use of personal barbecues are prohibited. The locations of the fire extinguisher and the escape route are shown on the information notice displayed in the apartment.
4. Wellness area and swimming pool
- The sauna and the jacuzzi may be used during the posted opening hours, [by prior booking]. The swimming pool operates seasonally, depending on the weather.
- Please shower before use. Sit on a towel in the sauna. Glassware is not permitted in the pool or jacuzzi area.
- Children under 14 may use the swimming pool, the sauna and the jacuzzi only under adult supervision. Non-swimmers may be in the pool only under supervision.
- Use of the sauna and the jacuzzi is not recommended under the influence of alcohol or in the case of heart or circulatory conditions. Use is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard.
5. Pets
[Decision required: "Pets are not allowed." – or – "Small pets are allowed by prior arrangement for a fee of HUF [amount] per night; they may not go on the beds, sofas or into the wellness area."]
6. Parking
- Each apartment has one designated parking space. Please use only your own space, and do not park in front of the entrance or the fire access route.
- We accept no liability for vehicles left in the car park or their contents.
7. The apartment and its furnishings
- Please use the furnishings for their intended purpose and report any malfunction immediately – we will repair it as soon as possible.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage caused. Please do not take towels or other textiles out of the wellness area into the garden.
- Please help us with waste separation: the locations of the recycling bins are given in the guest guide.
- Items found in the apartment are kept for 3 months; on request, we will send them by post upon reimbursement of the costs.
8. Safety and assistance
- The host can be reached by message or telephone during your stay: +36 70 390 7728. At night, please call only in an emergency.

- Please lock the apartment door when leaving and at night; do not leave valuables unattended.
In the event of a repeated or serious breach of these House Rules, we are entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect. Thank you for helping us preserve the tranquillity of HillGate!
